Thank you for shopping at kpopdata.net. Since we sell digital products (photo packs delivered instantly via download), all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered.

Exceptions:

If you were charged incorrectly or received no download link due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days at corleonemaximusleader@gmail.com or Telegram: @DataManiaReal with your order details for assistance.
We will investigate and help provide the link manually.

No refunds are provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with photo content after download.
